GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and deep relaxation in which the subconscious becomes more accessible. In this state, people can more easily adopt new perspectives, change behavioral patterns and resolve emotional blockages.

Hypnosis Coaching
You remain conscious and responsive the entire time. You decide how deep your trance state will be; you will not experience fainting or a loss of control as is often shown in films or shows. The trance state is experienced as a state of deep relaxation and facilitates contact with your own subconscious, which has deep wisdom.
Hypnosis is used in coaching to help clients achieve their goals, reduce fears or overcome personal challenges. Guided hypnosis sessions can activate inner resources, increase motivation to achieve goals and strengthen self-confidence. The gentle and sensitive approach promotes a feeling of security and trust, which effectively supports the change process.
